Acceptance

By accessing or using Job Hot, Job Radar, public job summaries, hiring-change information, research, or public endpoints, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service nature and scope

Job Hot is job-monitoring software for individual job seekers. Users can save target companies, locations, role families, skills, and related criteria. The system checks publicly accessible recruiting pages, identifies newly observed, closed, or materially changed roles, and may provide match explanations, history, and notifications.

Public job summaries, basic filters, research, and original employer links can be accessed without purchasing Pro. Job Hot Pro charges for saved monitoring criteria, automated checks, change detection, matching, history, and delivery—not for third-party public job content itself.

Job Hot is not a recruiter, staffing agency, headhunter, human-resources intermediary, or employer job marketplace. We do not accept paid job postings, represent employers, process applications or resumes, conduct interviews, screen candidates, make hiring decisions, or guarantee outcomes. Applications take place in the employer’s official recruiting system.

Subscriptions, trials, and renewal

Job Hot Pro offers the monthly and annual plans shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Applicable price, currency, billing interval, and trial terms are disclosed before purchase.

Unless checkout states otherwise, the free trial lasts seven days. After the trial, the selected plan renews automatically until canceled. Users are responsible for canceling before the trial or current billing period ends to avoid the next charge.

You can cancel in Account → Billing. Cancellation prevents new renewals; the actual Pro access end date is shown in billing and depends on the status confirmed by the payment provider. Refund requests are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Public sources and independence

Job Hot uses publicly accessible recruiting pages as monitoring signals and preserves original source links and observation times. Job status, responsibilities, requirements, compensation, location, and application conditions remain subject to the employer’s official page.

Employer job copy, trademarks, and recruiting content belong to their respective rights holders. Job Hot indexes, structures, summarizes, and links public information. Unless explicitly stated in writing, Job Hot has no affiliation, partnership, authorization, or endorsement relationship with the employers, applicant-tracking systems, or recruiting systems shown.

For corrections, removal requests, or rights concerns, send the original URL and a clear explanation to [email protected]. We normally respond within three business days.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• bypass login, CAPTCHA, access restrictions, or security controls on Job Hot or any source site;
• bulk copy, mirror, or resell job content, or falsely represent Job Hot, an employer, or the original source;
• upload unnecessary resumes, identity documents, candidate private data, or other sensitive information;
• present match explanations as employer decisions, offer guarantees, or professional legal advice;
• interfere with service security, availability, or another user’s access;
• use the service for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive conduct.

Accuracy and disclaimers

Public pages can change without notice, and automated processing can be delayed or incorrect. Job Hot does not guarantee that a role remains open, is suitable for a user, will receive an employer response, or will lead to an interview or offer. Match explanations are information-filtering aids, not recruiting, career, legal, financial, or investment advice.

Before acting, open the original employer page and verify the latest status, requirements, and company information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may adjust the service for maintenance, security, compliance, or product improvement. When reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material adverse changes to paid service. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten platform security, or create legal risk.
